One Sunday, start to replyAn illustrative day. Times and counts are an example, not a promise.

A list at breakfast. A reply by lunch.

This is what a working day looks like once the engine is running. Every step below is a real part of the product, in the order it happens.

  1. 08:30
    A list goes in

40 target companies from a spreadsheet.

  2. 09:15
    Dossiers come back

Leadership, subsidiaries and signals, each one cited.

  3. 10:00
    A person reviews

18 drafts approved, 3 sent back for a rewrite.

  4. 10:01
    The gate checks

Consent, hours and caps checked before each send.

  5. 13:40
    Eng. Y replies

Sorted as interested; the deal moves on.

01First, it reads your list

Start with the names you already have

Upload a spreadsheet of company names. Each row is classified by sector, matched to its commercial registration, and holding groups are flagged so their subsidiaries can be found too.

An imported target list, each row classified and matched

02Then, it researches

A dossier you can hand to a salesperson

Not a scraped profile: a record of what the company is doing, who decides, and why now, with each signal marked by the page it was read from. The fit score explains itself in six parts.

Subsidiaries named on a group’s portfolio page become linked records of their own, so a holding company is researched as the group it is.

03Then, it writes

A message written for one person

Each draft is written from the dossier for one person on one channel, and you see it as it will arrive before anyone approves it.

  • Email, LinkedIn or WhatsApp, in Arabic or English
  • Given name and the right honorific, taken from the source
  • Opens on a signal you can check, with its citation under it
04Before it sends, it checks

Nothing sends without a person

Approval is a click a reviewer makes. Even then, the send gate runs this list and refuses if any line fails. The refusal says which one.

  • Person and company are live, not archived
  • Recipient has not opted out
  • WhatsApp consent recorded for this number
  • Inside Riyadh working hours (or the Ramadan window)
  • Under this week’s frequency cap
  • Draft approved by a reviewer
  • Recipient requires royal or ministerial address, generation is refused, not just sendingRefused
05When they answer, it listens

The reply comes back sorted

Replies on WhatsApp and email land in one shared inbox, matched to the person and the deal. Each one is sorted, and what it means is written down.

  • Interested

Records consent to message this person and advances the deal to its qualified stage.

  • Not interested

Records the answer. Consent stays as it was and the deal stays where it is.

  • Opt out

STOP in Arabic or English adds the person to the do-not-contact list and closes their open deals. Final.

06And it learns

Every conversation makes the next draft better

Finished conversations are read back. What worked, what did not, and the objections buyers raise become proposals, and nothing changes until an admin approves them.

Objection heard 7 times

“We already have an IT partner.”

Guidance: acknowledge the partner, then offer a small pilot in a single subsidiary.

Approved by admin
Pattern

Contracting groups reply more on WhatsApp

Proposal: lead with WhatsApp for this segment when consent is on file.

Company W: try a new angle

The first approach went quiet. The next draft opens on their new tender instead.

Applied to next draft
  • 6
checks run by the send gate before any message leaves
  • 2
touches per person each week, at most
  • 4
touches per company each week, at most
  • 0
messages sent without a reviewer’s approval
07Made for the Kingdom

Built for outreach in the Kingdom, not adapted to it

Two languages, one voice
Every draft can be written in Arabic or English, and the dossier keeps both names of a company and a person.
Honorifics done right
Dr., Eng., Sheikh and Ustadh are detected from the source and applied; people are addressed by given name, never surname.
Royal and ministerial hard stop
A person who requires special address is blocked from generation at every layer, including the database.
Riyadh hours and Ramadan windows
Sends are held to Sunday–Thursday working hours, with separate windows during Ramadan.
WhatsApp with consent
A number without a recorded opt-in cannot be messaged. STOP, in Arabic or English, suppresses it for good.
Frequency caps
At most two touches per person and four per company each week, enforced before the send.
08Around the conversation

Everything a sales team needs around the message

The story above is the spine. These are the parts of the workspace your team uses every day.

01

Discovery

Find new companies by sector and city from maps listings, then send the good ones to research.

02

Tenders

Etimad tenders and their award results, linked to the companies that won them.

03

Pipeline

Deals on a board with your own stages, tasks, notes and automation rules.

04

Shared inbox

WhatsApp and email replies in one place, each matched to a person and sorted.

05

Learning

Conversations read back into proposals an admin approves before drafts use them.

06

Workspaces and roles

Each company account is isolated, with its own administrators and members.

09Getting started

Running by the end of the day

Four steps from the waitlist to the first reviewed draft. Nothing to install.

  1. Get your workspace

The OutSale team opens it from the waitlist and sets up the first administrator, who invites the rest of the team.

  2. Import your target list

A spreadsheet of company names is enough. Research starts on the first import.

  3. Approve the first dossiers

Read what research found, with every claim cited, and approve the ones worth pursuing.

  4. Connect your channels

A mailbox and a WhatsApp number, set up with the ESAP team. Drafts start arriving in your review queue.

11Questions

Questions we get first

Where does the research come from?

From the company’s own website and public sources such as the Etimad tender portal. Nothing is bought from data brokers, and every claim in a dossier links to the page it came from.

Can it send without someone looking?

No. Dossiers and drafts both wait in a review queue. Sending is a separate, deliberate action, and the send gate can still refuse it.

Who sees my company’s data?

Only the people in your company account. Each customer’s companies, contacts, research and messages are isolated from every other customer’s.

What do I need to start?

A list of target companies and a sign-in. Research runs on your first import; drafts follow once a dossier is approved.
